How long does delivery take?
5–7 business days for standard orders. Nairobi rush delivery (2–3 days) available at additional cost. Place your order at least 7 days before your event.
I have my own design file — can I upload it?
Yes. We accept .PNG, .JPG, .PDF, and .AI files. Upload during the order process or send to us on WhatsApp and we'll handle it.
Do you do fabric printing or embroidery?
Both. Select your preferred finish during checkout. Embroidery is available for polo shirts and caps.
What if I'm not happy with the order?
We redo it. Simple. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
Can I pay by bank transfer instead of M-Pesa?
Yes. Bank transfer available for orders above KES 10,000. We send you invoice + account details.
