After careful consideration, the Design Yangu team has decided to sunset the platform. This wasn't an easy call — we're proud of what we built and grateful for every designer who listed their work and every buyer who placed an order.
For existing designers and buyers:
- Your account remains accessible until September 30, 2026.
- Download your design files from your dashboard before that date. Go to Dashboard →
- All pending orders placed before July 8, 2026 will be fulfilled.

All design files and account data will be permanently deleted. Download everything before Sep 30.
I have a pending order — what happens?
All orders placed before July 8, 2026 will be fulfilled as normal.
What happened to my product listings?
Your listings were removed from the marketplace on July 8. Your design files are still in your account and can be downloaded until September 30, 2026.
I can't log in to access my account?
Email support@designyangu.com — we'll respond within 48 hours.
