Nairobi CBD and surrounding areas: same-day or next-day delivery. Upcountry: 2–3 days via courier. Bulk orders can be collected at our facility.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
10 units per product type. Mixed products (e.g., 5 T-shirts + 5 mugs) count separately — each product type has its own 10-unit minimum.
Do you accept LPOs?
Yes. We accept Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) for orders above KES 15,000. Send your LPO to corporate@designyangu.com and we will process it within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa (Pay Bill or Till), bank transfer (KCB, Equity, Co-op, Stanbic), and LPO. We issue an official invoice and receipt for all corporate orders.
Can we use our own artwork or logo?
Absolutely. Send us your logo in SVG, PDF, or high-resolution PNG (at least 300dpi). We handle all the placement and colour-matching at no extra charge.
Do you offer delivery to offices outside Nairobi?
Yes — anywhere in Kenya via G4S or DHL. Delivery cost depends on location and order weight. We include a delivery quote in your proforma invoice.
Can we order samples before a bulk order?
Yes, we recommend it. A sample unit costs the standard single-unit price. Once you approve the sample, we proceed with the full bulk order.
Can we get personalised names on each piece (e.g., employee names)?
Yes — this is called personalised bulk printing. Each piece can have a unique name or message. Add KES 150 per piece for name personalisation. Submit a spreadsheet with names when placing your order.
