Can I upload a photo of a person for the mug?
Yes — that's one of our most popular uses. High-resolution photos (at least 1000px × 1000px) give the best print result. We'll preview the mug design before printing and send you an approval image.
Do you do bulk mug orders for corporate events or conferences?
Absolutely. For orders of 20+ mugs, contact us for a corporate quote. We've done NGO workshops, startup team gifts, and government event souvenirs. We can deliver bulk orders in branded packaging on request.
Is the print food-safe and dishwasher-safe?
Yes. Our sublimation mugs use food-safe inks and are dishwasher-safe. For hand-painted designs (specialty orders), we recommend hand-washing. All standard photo/logo mugs are fully dishwasher-safe.
